As-Built Verification checks that the finished home matches the modelled NatHERS / Whole of Home specification. The Geokal Energy Efficiency Certificate of Compliance is non-regulatory — it shows how the as-built result compares with the modelled rating; it does not replace the permit certificate. Minor revision = specification check (window U-value/SHGC, insulation R-value). Major revision = design-change reassessment.
Verify the as-built home before handover
Builders sign off to the surveyor that energy items, glazing and sealing were installed — but they are not required to test or verify them. Not verifying is a risk for both the builder and the owner. As-Built Verification finds issues while you are still on site.

Do you offer rates for repeat builders or multi-dwelling projects?
Yes. Multi-dwelling and repeat work is quoted to suit your volume. Send us a recent set of drawings and an idea of how many jobs you have each month.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every design is different. We quote from your drawings so the scope, inclusions and revisions are spelled out up front.
What is As-Built Verification?
It is the on-site check in the Verified package: windows and glazing (U-value / SHGC), insulation (R-values and coverage, with thermal imaging), Whole of Home services (heating/cooling, hot water, solar PV, lighting), and a blower door test to AS/NZS ISO 9972. You get a findings report and the non-regulatory Geokal Energy Efficiency Certificate of Compliance showing how the as-built result compares with the modelled rating.
When should As-Built Verification be done?
Near completion, once the envelope is sealed and services are installed — early enough to fix issues before handover. We’ll agree the timing with you when we quote.
Do you do blower door testing on its own?
