- NatHERs Assessment. Once the design is complete, we will model your design using FirstRate software. This assessment will determinate the star rating your building achieves and whether you windows and insulation need to be improved to achieve the minimal star rating required to meet regulatory requirements.
- Energy Rating Certification. Once a your building design achieves the required Energy Efficiency Star rating, if required we will provide a list of specifications which need to be nominated on the drawings. When the drawings correctly show the requirement specification we will issue a Energy Rating Certificate and stamp the drawings.
- Building Permit. With our report demonstrating the Energy Efficiency requirements of your home and the stamped drawings, you building surveyor/certifier will be able to issue their Building Permit.
